thought i'd give my pics a fresh thread, so's not to step on toes. it started off wibblepoo, got worse on the way, and culminated in thick black lines over the capri stand after I hit a cone the cars calmed me down, and after the day was nearly out, I was refreshed. especially when my mate george came round with his rip snorting beast (I put pics of his 180 bhp escort up a while ago). now carrying 210 bhp from a 2.2 pinto on 45 webers (could get 250 on 48's ), its has expired a new clutch in 3.5 days ;D back at the show, the autogrumble was expensive, the bass was loud (one stand employing MILFs for dancers) and most of the concourse wasn't. heres a selection from the 290 photos I took my fathers favourite gulf warfare immaculate and gorgeous mk2 3 litre on slutmags a ford ka that I really like the nicest 1.6l left? calling DI frost... unfortunatley the wheels on this appear to suck, redeaming it is the 302 under the hood awaiting next upload....

The SuperRoo Capri was just a paintjob/trim change, from what I understand. Using the Scheme from the SuperRoo Falcons etc. Nothing particularly special about that.

Ooooh... I really want a Capri.
Capri > MGB GT? Survey says... yes.
(we only got the steel bumper ones here. The later ones are pretty unusual. I've seen exactly one in the flesh)

You find round were I live that if you like one you like the other! Hence the Capri, MGB GT, Opel Manta and Toyota Celica(1st & 2nd Gen.) are all liked together so to speak due to the 2dr Coupe/fastback styling.

Just that BGTs are "common" and Capri's are "cool". At the moment. To me.

There's some good stuff if you look for it then. Did you take a closer look at the Mk1 Cortina you snapped? 18K bill from Gartrac just for the shell and a very potent Cosworth under the bonnet. It is exquisite.
And I reckon those are an optional wheel on the Focus C-Max on the Mk1 granada, 18in, cos I looked at a set the other day... They look sweet.

It is exquisite. looked at it briefly, i'd been up for 14 hours at that point, and had to go rest my wearry limbs. thanks for the info the best stuff for me was the other side of the bridge on the outside of the circuit. not sure about doing a club stand next year ( ). since no-one notices my capri, I might as well stick it in the public car park
