Model: Polo cl coupe Year: 1991 Mileage: 118000 Tax: nil (will tax if required) MOT: mar 2012 Location: doncaster Price: 250 This is my neighbours 2 door polo coupe cl Solid little car with a good mot. Its not perfect cosmetically but too good to scrap by far. Its served him and his mum well for nearly 2 years. Its had new parts as and when needed which I'm informed has just been run of the mill service consumables. Its a four speed gear box which is lovely and smooth the engine is a diddy little 1043cc or 1 litre in old money It zips along quite nicely everything works as it should. Its got nearly new tyres, clutch last year and a couple of other bits and bobs this year 1 wheel bearing and a front pipe if I remember rightly. All it needs is loving again She once again flew through her mot requiring only a cv boot, and for the next one should require nothing at all. An afternoons elbow grease would give this little gem a new lease. Perfect work car or learner chariot (no power steering) dosnt need it its so light £250 as is or can tax if youd like at cost. £325 with tax no offers at this money it will scrap for £220 (which is what we don't want to happen)

Must admit I really like these Coupes, got one myself on an M reg (although it may be sold soon). Thats a good bargain for someone, they are getting rare now.

Given this old girl a bit of veedub lovin today Full wash and polish, all exterior trim and tyres conditioned, fluids topped up tyres inflated to correct pressures. Interior was a sh#t tip so have spent hours cleaning this out, Full carpet shampoo and vacuum, all interior plastics scrubbed with detergent and dried. All plastics then conditioned. Floor mats scrubbed and conditioned windows in and out all door shuts cleaned and greased up. All in all has made it look a whole lot spankier, quite a nice place to be now No real negatives drivers seat has wear on rear bolster, front wing has got a small hole on the edge near the bumper. Odd rust bubble here and there but all low down so easy to sort if your bothered, all cosmetic though nothing rotten ;D Thats about it. new piccys now shes not a dirty girl All the tyres are less than a 1000 miles old not budgets they are goodyear GT2

I'm gonna show this to my missus when she gets out of bed. We're looking for a cheap learner car for her and something more practical than my mk1 cabby for ferrying the kids about. she wanted a 5 door but I think she likes these. I don't think you're too far away either as I'm in Lincoln

We both like it, the only issue is that we really need a 5 door family size car, but then we both love dubs! She wants to hold out for something bigger, plus we really could do with something a bit more luxurious than my mk1. I'm going to be looking for something just like this in a few months when my cab goes in the garage, and this would have been 100% ideal for me. But I can't see it being around for long, well worth the money!
