I'll give it another go - a month has passed, I've not really done much with cars.

I got this Rover in June, I've done a couple of minor jobs.
New radiator fan switch (high threshold, kicks in halfway between medium and hot).
Airfilter etc.
Coolant change to OAT and new pressure cap (flushed and refilled - see description).
Greased all grease points.
New cant rail seals - one fitted to replace missing section, one unfitted, two spares as well.
Replaced bootlid struts.
Have NOS front mudflaps for it.
Am ordering some new clips for the headliner as two are missing.
Checked and bled roof hydraulics.
Includes a New Old Stock roof frame - new price from Rimmers £1000+
It drives nicely - I've driven it a fair distance (2 hours, M42 traffic, Clent Hills and the like), and the only issue I'm having currently is despite changing the coolant, and there being no sign of HGF, the temperature climbs to where the fan kicks in. Doesn't overheat, but I think the radiator is sludged up or the thermostat is sticking, the new coolant looked pretty grubby pretty quickly. Will probably fit a new radiator once I can find a reputable supplier/good price combo.
The electric roof goes up and down swiftly, it has a CD player that plays MP3s, had a new timing belt around 42,000 miles. There's a bit of tatty paint and I presume a skim of filler over the usual bit on the outer sill seam, and the rear arches have been rolled for big wheels at some point - a shame, as they're a lot tidier than most '95 Metros.
The mileage is almost certainly genuine, MOT history backs it up as does the service history with the car.
Currently the passenger door is stripped down as I've spent the past three months trying to co-ordinate getting the bits to replace the door bins, central locking motor and speakers. No biggie, but now I can't reassemble it easily. I'll try though.
The roof is a little tatty, new ones are available. Central locking is now being rebuilt; doors are rust-free and I've bunged waxoil in whilst sorting the locks and passenger window alignment. If I haven't sourced parts before I'm done, I'll knock some money off.
Simple and well known fix if I don't get time. The alarm and immobiliser work, though obviously the alarm's a bit excitable until the locks are properly working.
Roughly - as the old Metro floppy-tops may also have some registered as 114s - 110 of these remaining on the road and 80 SORNed, out of approximately 360 made and registered in mainland UK (guess around 500 RHD made in total). Q2 seems to be the peak of these being on road licenced, so I'm guessing a few get SORNed for winter.
(How Many Left shows 114 Cabrio, and 114 Cabriolet, as different models. 114 Cabrios begin '95, Cabriolets '96. Mine's a Cabrio on the logbook and has always been in the UK AFAICT, not a Jersey re-import or ex-hire, but may have been a Rover press/PR car - can't find evidence yet, but it definitely belonged to Rover Vehicle Operations in Gaydon for the first year).
Insurance is relatively cheap for a convertible, relatively expensive for a Metro.
My descriptions are always harsh, you'd think I don't actually WANT to sell my cars. It's really very, very tidy - much better than you would expect from a 1995 Rover anything.
Selling because I am going to buy a an automatic due to breaking leg. Can't really do much to help with the sale at the moment but my girlfriend can show people around the car whilst I hover about on crutches looking pretty.
