Officially shifting the fleet from my permanant residence in a less than perfect West Yorkshire town to my new flat thats in an area i can not afford to buy in. a terraced house round the corner is typically 300k! and round the other corner is a niche estate not even suitable for Mrs Bucket off keeping up appearences. Home of Badly drawn boy and other fluffy owls and other minor celebs. So why FFS has my prem ium gone up by £131!
When i took it out man on phone said it was aboutthe same area so when i'm ready to move it will be about the same (ok area in small scummy town to V nice area 4 miles from northern city centre)
makes sense that it should be the same. affects new policies too but only between £50-100,
So I have been stung and i'm now paying monthly £50 (total 458 TP FT) for a 1.8 slow coach blando Sapph with FF alarm on me old enough with a pocket full of NCB's!
Arrgh, plus the stroppy would not even let me keep it where it was (relatives) not an happy bunny, one will definately need to go now wheninsurance is over.
tried an ad miral multi quote and it came up as MR2 as main £567 and Sapph 291. Not really good for an up and coming old foag like me.
So has it gone up, is it all the poshies near me claiming for panel scratches on Volvos and X5's, the scummie undergroth that bring their crime occaisionally to the village?
For the laugh[not] i did a quote for Ms R on the 1.6GL 'Tina as if she's just passed test with the best quote performer of the day (Hast-ings dir-ect).
TP FT £1187.42
Not good is it. cheaper when i was at Uni in crime capital Leeds 6 insuring Xr2's and 2 litre Volvo's!
