Welcome. This is the start of a journey of joy, pain and driving really really cool looking tin that makes people point. Also consider yourself bankrupt forever

I still want a Beetle, preferably a '64 in black over red. In the meantime I'll enjoy my other little VW folly instead. Welcome to RR, now you'll never have any money

thanks for the welcome ;D not too sure about a 2cv... they're FWD aren't they? much prefer the german stuff, but I'm sure the 2cv insurance could be quite cheap.

Bugs are brilliant. Ive had a few, don't own one now. But I'm using my dads slammed 1300 for work. approx 40mile round trip everyday. Mostly motorway and dualcarriageways, 70mph
Its good fun.
Gotta admit as much as i realy do like a lowered 2cv / diane, I couldnt drive one on that sorta trip everyday. The noise would kill me.. The bug has a ceramic pipe on it but its only a muffled burble on the motorway.
