Some of you may know or know of Alan. Well, the man has got himself a new toy that I think you lot may be very excited about (I know I am and I'm not even close!) Introducing.... Yep, and it's now landed in the UK!

Alan is a man who resides in your land, he also is the owner of a Fairlady 240ZG and is buidling a bloody marvelous Fairlady Z432R Replica to precise details. He's a very friendly and well mannered bloke who I came into contact to through a Classic Z car website. I know his job takes him to Japan often and he was worked and lived in Japan before. He is also very involved in helping people understand the Japanese side of the Z car and associated parts. He has provided me with info about my C110 and I have nothing but praise for the man. Unsure about how he came about it to be honest.

Good work that man! ... I'm now very jealous! The big question: Is he actually going to race that?

I'm guessing this is the ZG? It says "Datsun Fairlady 240ZG, the only example in the UK" Bloody nice that is!

I'm guessing this is the ZG?...... That's the one. Z owners here in the UK tend to exist slightly outside of the usual J-car scene (indeed, they're probably embarrassed about most old Datsuns) but Alan is definitely one of the good guys.

Alan Thomas (sp?) is a top fella. Glad to see he's brought a C10 in, just hope it's a good 'un (knowing him it will be). Those wheels have to go though!

Agreed on the wheels, mesh rims don't suit the car at all... it wore Watanabes when it was shot for Nostalgic Hero magazine in Japan.... so here's hoping it gets those!
Beautiful car, if and when any of you guys get the opportunity to hear it running, I want a detailed description of exactly how it sounds.....
