Does anyone know what dimentions i need to take for a sheet metal worker to form new panels at all?
I have a device for measuring corners but whay else do sheet metal workers need?
Also whay sort of steel shall i specify?

You need to give us a bit more to go on that that ..... picture of the panel in question would be very useful Make a template from Light card for then to work to give us a slightly less cryptic clue and you`ll get a better response ;D

yeah a bit short on detail. I think a common sense approach is needed - write down everything you would want to know if you were going to make the panel yourself. pics and sketches will go a long way to help.

that simply is the only thing wrong with beast, I cant find any other rust anywhere, the chassis looks brand new,
(aside from the broken gear box and propshaft which are on order)

Take them the van...... it`ll be a whole lot easier You need to get hammering on it first to see just how straight you can get it, you might find then you just need a rolled section at the bottom which will be a lot easier
