Man, I remember the hubbub around those; there were two sets for sale at the nationals this past spring. I don't collect matchbox at all but that's an awesome get!

Not sure the Car Culture stuff has shown up over there but this is by far the best Brat we have had yet. Zamac body with oversized Panasports. Excellent!

pre pros are a collection in themselves, I've had many. One I could never land (due to my obsession with the skip truck and Atlas variations) was this: I knew who had it and met them regularly, one time I convinced them to take an offer for it but I stopped at £500! If you get into pre pros then prototypes can dangerously follow (like the resin white escort posted above) and these two which no-one bid for on ebay as they all assumed I guess that they were beat up repaints: These were actually sat on someone's desk in the R&D department in the Lesney factory whilst they worked out what they were doing with them as the castings differ from the general release (which was purple with a big flower decal on the bonnet and orange interior) They have unusual machine marks to the body too.

Popsicle addict? Nice project! I like the selfmade car-crusher (don´t know the correct term). What´s the yellow estate? Looks like the Ford station wagon from the matchbox 1/75 range circa 1957.

No, post away... like I said, most I sold on but you can credit the pics so no one else can claim your stealing their material. I have a lot of pics of pretty much everything I had/ have so if youre looking for anything super fast, 1-75 or 1-100 related, give me a shout, I may just have it sitting in the vast folders storage of my memory stick... Might as well put them to good use. A lot of the pics were posted on a relevant site years ago but the site was run by a gun weilding weirdo and has since disappeared taking all traces of content with it.

Found 2 of the Matchbox Skylines finally, also rounded out my Matchbox A100 collection with the "Best of" green model. Found the five pack with a 83 Silverado and a Greenlight Bluesmobile and Chicago police car Greenmachine in 1/24 as well. Been a pretty good (and expensive) couple days.
