my most humbliest apologies for not been the most prolific poster these days...full time work away from my laptop sort of kyboshes it all for me being online for any length of time. i can only broswe. I'm off sick with food poisoning today so thats how come i have time to post! ive been searching for a car since may, and ive had loads to choose from, but I'm gonna live my dream and own a 'rado ;D always wanted one, okay its just the 1.8 16v, but ive had a 16v goof before and this felt tight and responsive when i test drove it saturday.....but in a year or twos time I'm off for the vr6 storm.... one owner, full history (about an inch thick of receipts), owned by an old solicitor who also had a tr6 for weekends. supposedly never taken above 3/4grand revs so its sweet as. lowering, german plates and alloys next, pick it up thursday

thanks it will be subtle lowering, it already handles like its on rails, I'm just eliminating the gap between arch and tyre... 40mm should be enough

Looks excellent, what a minter! I would try and resist the urge to mod it at all - 'standard' is the new 'modified' you know! ;D
Which alloys are you thinking of?

'89 BMW E30 325i Sport, '04 MINI Cooper S, '09 Volvo V70 D5

That looks so right... Bearing in mind that's what they looked like new, that's what I aspired to back then.
Rims and drop. Job done... ;D
