Will a 175/60R14 tire fit on a 7" rim? Was wondering what the max amount of stretch is safe and possible. Any one got any ideas on this?
Got the rims off my old 180bSSS and want to fit them on my 120y but the 195/60R14 on the front are just a bit to close to the body, it is slightly lowered.

That'll be fine, minis oftenly run a 175 (50) on 7x13's I ran a 185/6014 on a 14x9, which was quite a stretch

iv'e got 195's on my Coupe. stretch tyres look curse word imo i cut and reshaped the front part of the wheel arch (i assume it's just the front) when i get it out of the garage i'll take a better side view picture. once the paint is matched it'll look perfectly normal and not notice that it's been modified

not really stretch then. doesn't look too bad at all. are you sure they are 7 inch? measurement is the inside of the wheel rims. have to get the cars side by side sometime

here's a 185/60/14 on an almost 10x14 ( 9 3/4j took a far bit of work to fit, and it's not one for the sretch haterz -but got to be done for the authentic bosozoku style -just got to get some 195's on the 10.5j's for the back....
