This is my Peugeot 306 xsi , 2.0 LTR 16V 3 DOOR,
The car has mot til May 2012 but the tax has expired,
The car is quicker than any other 2.0 306 I have ever owned ( I have had 4 including this one ) I am told the vehicle has a 306 gti 6 ecu which has also been remapped. A standard 306 xsi is 135 bhp, the GTI 6 is 167 bhp.
The car pulls like a train and the ride is smooth.
I have a list of the work carried out for the last mot which cost £105 in total , the only advisory was for a minor leak on the exhaust.
Being the xsi model the car comes equipped with:
remote central locking, electric windows, power steering, climate control, alloy wheels, boot spoiler etc
The vehicle is 12 years old and is very clean and tidy but is not mint,
The bad points are as follows:
* scratch across of bonnet
*the aircon could do with regassing
* the drivers seat bolster is torn
*the fan has been put on a manual switch inside the car (never bothered me) due to a fault with the relay
* whilst vacuuming it the previous owner caught the sensor under the seat and the airbag light now flashes ,the sensor has been plugged back in but the light needs resetting (can normally be done by local garage for £25 or so).
None of the above is serious but I want to be honest, all to be expected with an older car.
