as above making floor pans from sheet steel and want some ridges/beads put in as strengtheners along their length 2 in each any body here able to do it or point me to someone in wales that can cheers panel is 399mm wide 1290mm long and 1.2mm thick sheet

If not make a former from hard wood 1 male and 1 female and hammer them in yourself wouldn't be too difficult to make the formers.

Check the Making Panels thread. Its all possible with a bit of angle, hammer and a blunt chisel.
