surprise surprise, it's time for another clearout - as I've yet again run out of cash monies for my ugandan bank account
there's some new stuff, some old stuff from the last clearout, and some stuff I didn't even know was hiding in the farm!
as usual, collection from abergele, north wales is fine and dandy, if all goes to plan I'll be at the hot rod hayride in bisley this weekend, and of course I'll be able to bring stuff to the gathering - however, I would prefer to have some readies up front if I can - if you have to wait til the gathering, then I do understand times are tight!
pair of near new mk2 golf topmounts for the front struts - I only have these as I've fitted bluebird topmounts to the coilovers, and they look to new to sling in the scrap - presume they were replaced 6 months ago when the coilies went on the car - any offer!
pair of ford pop (sit up and beg) SU carbs and a homemade tube manifold - I bought these for my pop, but I'm using civic carbs instead
- they are pukka old teeny tiny carbs, and there's even a spare one - so 3 in total, and the manifold (which needs a bit of re-jigging) - pm me for the specs etc
2 mk2 golf parcelshelves - 1 grey and uncut, the other is black and has 2 6x9's (iirc) and a sub fitted - any offer on the uncut, 25 for the ICE spec one
mk2 golf smoothed tailgate, hard plastic scuttle trim, and a 1300cc throttle cable (brand new in bag) - also have a washer pump - any offers
15" early vw (wide 5) steel rims - I got these off hairymel to roll the pop round on, and they are no longer needed, and in the way - 3 are chrome, 1 is apparently an early porsche rim - chuck a donation in the lockup rent?
set of 4 slotmags - in 6 stud fitment - I bought these at the essex swap last year, but failed to notice one has been run with loose wheelnuts, so needs some tig loving - or they could be plugged and re-drilled? - 15" x about 6.5j, fit all the J-tin 6 sud stuff, hilux, D21, b2000 - 70 quid the lot
pair of 8.5-ish x15 wolfrace slots, fitted with massive knackered slicks, again have suffered some slight wheelnut issues - I can check if anyone is interested - although, being wolfies, you could re-drill between the holes - about 80 quid for these
the infamous 'ex rich' pair of 8.5x14 slots - as seen on the back of his cedric, they have amazing dish, unilug fitment, so ford / J tin 5 stud, and chevy/jag/bmw too - 75 quid now they've been polished!
pair of 6x14 4x114.3 alleycats - good condition, no rubber - fit scimitar, mgb, 4 stud J tin - 30 quid the pair
fiat 4x98 13x5" alloys - 4 spokers, set of 5 but one is badly smashed - 50 quid the set
again ex rich's cedric, set of 4 5x114.3 slots - 14", fitted with good 185/65's iirc - 150 quid or offers
pair of 17" OZ rime, rubber on them, fitment is 5x112, so granny, merc, maybe wobble them onto 5x110? (255/40/117 fitted) - offers
set of 4 16" BBS rims - inc centrecaps, and a good set of rubber - tyres are pretty tall, so we might be able to deal with them minus the rubber - 5x114.3 pattern - 120 quid complete with tyres
4 skanky 5 stud beemer rims, 17", came off my mate's dizzle e36 donor chugger, good for drifting? - they'll be fragged if not

really old, ratty spotlamp, one with the bluedot in the centre of the lens, the rim is dented, and it's completely rusty, but good for a rat - 15 quid
ford prefect bakelite dash insert, inc 2 switches, no cracks, no extra holes - too nice for my car! - 25 quid
shopping trolley full of ford pre x flow engines, 3 x1200, 1 x1500, all at least part stripped, some down to bare blocks, good way of converting x flow to front sump - offers depending on how much you need!
twin choke weber, on ford x flow manifold, bit crusty - 30 quid
4 massive old chains, crusty, rusty - tenner each
wheels of mystery! ;D - got 3 of these, they are cast alloy, 13", and apparently MGB splined hub fitment, they have 6 lug holes cast into them, but they are undrilled - only way to fit is the splines - 2 are painted, 1 is minging, they are on 3 cool old firestone whiteband x plies - I'd like to know what they are, but if you can't llive without them, make me an offer!
gearbox of mystery! - got this in the 105e anglia joblot - think it might be old british commercial - if anyone can ID it, or better still make use of it - let me know!
assorted chevy 3 speed manual saginaw gearboxes, 1 is exceptionally short - holler if you need one!
lastly (phew!) a lovely set of what appear to be pre war (possibly the 1st one!) wheel covers - they are bigger than 16" wheel fitment, and one is dented, but would straighten if you are hammer handy! 25 quid
