I've been told this is normal, especially on something that's been stood.
The car doesn't use water or overheat or mix oil/water into some horrible sludge, or even steam/smoke. On starting up, you get dripping from the exhaust, and revving the car, water literally sprays out of the system for about a meter! The car will need a new exhaust as it looks like it's rotting out from the inside (the water is actually quite rusty).
There's no oil or discolouration (apart from a bit rustiness from the system), and it dries in the sun on the floor in a few minutes.
