Hi all. Need a bit of help here. I killed the Lucas diesel pump on my 306 diesel buy running it on veg oil. I sourced and fitted a replacement pump but I cant start it due to the bloody immobiliser. The code that i have to punch in on the keypad must be linked to the pump so the number doesn't work on the replacement pump. Is there a way of resetting the pump or am i going to have to swap the stop solenoid over from the old pump? I hope I can do this while on the car as I don't want to have to take the pump off again!
Help please!

You need to chop the security shelding off.... That's what you'll see.. take the other shild off, unscrew stop solenoid, screw in new one.... link a wire from the red whire going into the pump from the black block... and away u go.

See you had the same problem then. So thats all I need to do? Can I not use the existing wiring or does it route too deeply to be able to pull it all out?

u need to use a normal non immob stop solenoid, fitted to other lucas pumps(same as most diesel ones aswell), do what dog296 said with wiring. Google search will show you everything its a common swap
