Been offered a car I can't refuse, so up for grabs is my trusty cav td. She isn't pretty, the paint is a flat blue and she has a few knocks and scrapes. Interior wise its ok, small tear on drivers seat, bit of oil stain on boot carpet.
Will need a new front tyre and wishbone for mot in october that I know of. Tracking is a bit out. New exhaust down pipe which rattles on the body, but I just live with it lol. She can be a bit slow to start sometime, but I think this is due to me using chip fat and not changing the fuel filter. Have changed oil and filter every 6 months. Mechanical its sound, this engine can run on straight veg oil, actually runs better on it. £10 in diesel will get you between 75-85 miles depending on how you drive her. Very easy on the bum on long journeys as the supsension just soaks up all the bumps. One of the most comfortable long journey cars I have ever driven.
So overall not a stunner, but she'll get you home and very nice on the pocket fuel wise.
