Well maybe the acer is ok? I hope this isnt a forum that any comments showing a dislike to something are moaned at.... general negativity is just not good. RR is a place to come and show your diverse (no offence intended) interests. be it carlton kit cars or what ever. if you have nothing positive to say. leave it out. Thread based, i think that the capri based one if the nicest, and espically the red one on slot mags, nom.

There were loads around when I was little, which figures as they were made in the next village. They're still going, but doing bodykits. Wonder if they'll ever come back into fashion as "retro cool" like the wide arched 80s stuff. The Delta 3 kit was my favourite, looked like a harelip. Matt

"2) If you haven't got something constructive to say, say nothingSure this is stifling your freedom of expression, however I'm not interested in cars you don't like, I'm interested in cars you do. Conducting oneself in a positive manner will result in positivity."

Actually i think they are all pretty good looking, sure they're very much of their time and as such a teensy bit naff, but compared with 99% of small build low cost 80's GRP kit cars i think they're really quite tasty...

Matt Was all about the Delta 2 for me........I wonder if its too early to build a car with a Huge Bodykit in an ironic way.......I'd love a Delta 2'd Escort.

I love the kit cars, especially the last red Carrera. The bodykits they later went on to produce are just hideously Barry IMO though but maybe I'm not allowed to say that

I think the Carrera looks great, give that orange one fared-in headlights like the red one (you know, to stop rainwater collecting at the bottom like you can see from that picture ;D) and I'd drive it. From the rear 3/4 view it's weird/ungainly/sporty enough to be some sort of Bristol.
Matt, was the Delta 3 the asymmetric one? I always felt a bit sorry for cars with them fitted, a bit like Sloth from the Goonies...

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

I think those Capris look quite good. Not so sure about the yellow and white one but the others look quite reasonable. Well, not half as bad as some of the creations that were available at the time.
