K reg Discovery 200TDi manual 5 seater.
MOT to April 2012 and tax to end of November.
Not the prettiest Disco on the planet but mechanically excellent, would make ideal off roader/tow hack.
Usual Discovery problems with door locks but, unlike my last one, you can actually open all the doors! Some rust but loads of welding done for MOT this year. Good tyres and interior in reasonable condition-no rips or tears in seats and it doesn't stink of wet dog-just horse and cigarettes! You can't win 'em all!
Recent new front brake pads and clutch slave cylinder. Cambelt replaced 200 miles ago.
I need something a bit more comfortable for my daily......
Would seriously consider a swap for a manual Subaru Legacy estate or Xantia turbo diesel with similar tax and test (and towbar) if anyone fancies it?
Otherwise, looking for around (a very optimistic) £800 ono.... I'm probably way off the mark value-wise with this but, if you look at ebay/autotrader etc and see what sort of prices Legacys/Xantias go for, you get some idea of what I'd take for it
