Spotted this in the local scrapyard today. They are itching to squash it as its in their way, cos i know them well i have got them to hold on to it for a few days to see if i can find it a home. I couldnt see any front end panels in the car but the o/s door is inside it, and the rest of the panels are all there and in fairly good nick. Engine is complete and i think all the running gear is there. Even the wooden frame looked ok, a bit of grot here and there but not as bad as some ive seen. PLEASE, someone out there must have room for it, if i did i would have it but i just physically have no where for it to go. If it gets crushed it will break my heart

Be a good base for a special, a hot rod or dare I say, a banger racer.
I'd say alerting the club is the beast thing at this stage though.

is there an AC club who could be 'alerted' perhaps? Or some classics heads It would look good in nato green, stencils , wide 8" black steelies, 175/45 tyres with magasquirt, and a big turbo. ;D if anyone is up for the challenge!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Its got all the parts to make a good rod,.. without the need for chopping the body work around...
You'd need to find a suitable grill for the front,..

What a hideous looking monster it's supposed to be. You would HAVE to 'rod it simply so it didn't ugly up the world.

Even if the car isn't saved that engine's gotta be worth something? Would be spot on in a period special.
Can't remember but I'm sure AC engines may have been used in other cars or was it another way round and its an engine made by someone else?
