Heres my Ford Escort mistral. It's a 1.4 cvh engine with around 73000 miles on it. 3 owners (one for 11 months, one from 96 to 08 and me) It's a very original car with no modifications apart from the rear lights (done by the previous owner). I do have the original lights though.

I have every MOT certificate and every Tax disk its ever had. Also loads of receipts for work done on the car. It has the original ford hand books that come with the car in a folder.
Over the last 3 years since i've owned it, i've had replaced: the rear suspension (inc springs), both front break pipe flexi hoses, All the exhaust system except the manifold, Recent new alternator, Cambelt change last year, new wishbones (one recent for MOT and one last year), Recent oil & filter change and lastly a rocker
cover gasket change and other little bits and bobs.
I've recently replaced the drivers door as somebody tried to break in (bent the top of the door over but didn't get in) Its not a perfect match as the door is the original colour and the car has faded slightly, but with the trim stuck back on you wouldn’t tell that much.
The car looks very red in the photos (and more orange in the video), I do use T-cut colour/polish every month, so will fade if you don't keep polishing it. like most red cars of this age I guess. This does keep it looking very nice though.
The only cons with the car are that theres a bit of rust on the drivers side sill, drivers side rear arch and a bit in the boot. Also some ware on the drivers seat.
Mot till next March (10 months), but is sorn as I had to tax my new car.
Genuine sale. I bought a Focus to use to my daily driver and to see what it was like to have a modern car... although I prefer the Escort. Its quite fast for a 1.4 and much faster than the focus 1.4 that I have.
This car is in Very good condition, but isn’t a show car.
Viewing welcome, but can’t be drove on the road till taxed. i'm located in Manchester.
I’m looking for £600 and if it doesn’t sell might sell the Focus and stick with this.
