Hi everyone would anyone be able to drive my Lada to CARS? I bought it as a back-up in case the Allegro failed it's MOT but as it's passed ;D I would like to take both of them now. I will pay for the fuel of course I'm going down on Saturday for the offer is open to anyone going on Sunday as well. I'm in Birmingham so if anyone feels up for it send me a PM. If no-one can should I take the one above or the one below? You decide!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

So the Allegro is winning at the moment, nutcase the Allegro is actually more modern than the Lada, as chrisb points out it's a 60's design, before it became a Lada it was a Fiat 124 they have been making virtually the same car now for forty odd years ;D

If you had a Fiat 124 or an early Lada the decision would be much harder. ^ that looks great

Good point. But then it's arguable that the Allegro was originally penned about the time of the black death, when they needed particualarly quick to biodegrade containers to bury the dead in So the Allegro is winning at the moment, nutcase the Allegro is actually more modern than the Lada, as chrisb points out it's a 60's design, before it became a Lada it was a Fiat 124 they have been making virtually the same car now for forty odd years ;D
