Just a touch over 200bhp I reckon on Jabba's Rollers with that spec - virtually identical to the set-up on my mates Corrado
BTW; PG engine is the G60 unit I presume?

I havent got the foggiest but it sounds like some serious mods. Is this 'Jabba', the place where that polovixen with the polo (with Capri rims on) goes?

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Less than from a 440 mopar with a six pack? Less weight too ... In the mean time Mr.MuppetGTi I say this to you .... Hey man I know you got this thing out a comic book. I saw the add, two-ninety-five, it's right next to the sea monkeys.

200 sounds about ballpark for a modified G60, but it depends heavily on the size of the pulley (I'm assuming a 68mm, still on serpentine belts?) and also on the chip - there are alternatives to Jabba stuff, such as SNS which are getting used by a lot of people on dubforce.net

yup ! will go for the 68 as a 65 seem's a bit extreme and i don't want a g-lader jig-saw puzzle, could go for another chip and pully ,but jabba sport is hour and a half down the road ,whereas g-werks is 5+hours away is there much benifit in a toothed belt?,as i'm running serpentine belt still , want one of thease though just funds wont strech that far

As for the belt size, a mk1 golf G60 cant possibly be a daily driver, can it?!? If its a toy, maximum 65mm and chip to match
Toothed belt drives completely eliminate belt slip allowing you to achieve higher boost at the top end, and whine a lot, which sounds really cool!
Heard mixed things about BBM setups, especially chargers destroying themselves when theyve shifted by a tiny amount on the mountings

Use it every day i'd have to be totally mad for that ;D, the engine is near on solid mounted in the car , the exhaust is OFFENSIVLY loud ,in fact its so noisy on the 3 hour trip to gti international the passangers i took wore ear plugs ! yes it's the toy (got mk4 passat td est to do the 60 mile round trip for work) with the 65 mm pully , it'll be producing more boost lower down increasing the tourqe , any gain in power top end ? or will it be compromised 'cos max boost is achieved lower down ? don't know the pro's and cons of the pully sizes so if you can enlighten me that'll be great (oh part from the obvious that the service intervals are dramatically reduced ) g60 16v using the g-lader would have been nice but i've been F****D over by my boss again , any chance of getting a big bonus or big pay are now out the window hello cheap ass bonus and 2.5% inflation increase ,bye bye pay rise
