	Hi all I'm reluctantly having to sell one of my rides.I bought this with the intentions of sitting it on airbags and fitting some cool wheels,But alas an impending wedding is zapping all my funds and I am also in the process of buying dangermouses golf which I need so I can start a 1.8t project. Anyway enough rabbling It is a 1996 2.0 8v it has 140k on the clock and will come with a full mot(booked in for later this week)It drives fantastic and is very smooth and feels half its age It is in very nice pelican blue with contrasting half leather seats,It has electric everything air/con etc and has a cd player fitted.Its very tidy on the body and looks lovely with a fresh coat of polish. It does have a small rust scab on the front drivers arch but its hardly noticable. It has some history and also some bills receipts etc,It starts stops and drives very very well indeed.If it was a couple of years older I would keep it and put it on a classic insurance like I do my mk2 gti. Bad points small scab on front arch vdo gauge does not light up(oil temp) I'm looking for £925 now ne price £850 Pics

	To anyones that interested I had a 2.3 version of these and can honestly say its one of the cars I miss the most,I really regret selling it as it drove almost literally like new,was superb on fuel and never even looked like rusting underneath etc. Really well made cars that will give you years of pleasure,this ones in my favorite colour as well. If I didn`t need a van I`d be offering a P/x on this.

IMO not at all but they do have a bit of a niche following and therefore can tend to get overlooked,their a much better car than a golf gti mk3 and really any car with 12pm the Mot IMO is worth £700. Hang in there a bit fella,I tried my Corsa with 12months ticket and 6months tax and didn't get a sniff,small car,pas,5dr,cheap tax and I wanted £600 for it!!!! It's sold now pending collection for the asking price and ironically I've got three other parties waiting on first refusal. It will sell,just sadly right now it takes time. There used to be an Audi coupe website,it was really good a few years back and the cars seemed to sell ok on there,not sure if it's still going though? Pistonheads in the sheds section could move it as well,not that it's a shed but stuff moves much faster there.
