This is a mate at works car, that he's been running around in for about the last year, and has replaced.
Its a cheap shitter. No glossing over the fact, there are scratches, scrapes, and marks on pretty much every panel.
But there are good points:
Taxed and MOT'd.
Sunroof
5 door
5 Speed
all the tyres are black, round, and even have some tread. Oh and air in them.
Not so great points:
Could do with the carb linkages given a clean, bit sticky..
Crappy idle sometimes, related to above
its dirty
its dirty inside too.
cracked front indicator
its probably going to have a load of curse word still in it when you buy it.
I don't think its got a parcel shelf
Its a bit rattly and creaky when driving apparently, knocks a bit as shocks or bushes are a bit worn.
It passed its MOT last year in exactly the same condition as it is now, so cant be too bad.
There is a different key for the door and ignition.
I was told it had MOT to September, but it turns out its June - will confirm the exact day in June tomorrow.
I'm selling it on his behalf, as its been sitting in our works yard and he's gotten a right bollocking for it. V5 is here, don't think there is much in the way of paperwork bar V5/MOT..
We are in Sandhurst, Berkshire, not that far from J4 of the M3, or J10 of the M4.
Quick sale would be nice, as I'll be taking it in for him from friday and I'd like one of my parking spaces back asap!
I'm taking a 10% cut of the final proceeds, so its in my interest to get as much for it it as I can so I have enough for a takeaway chinese out of it.
I'll get pictures up in a moment, and check the MOT expiry date tomorrow when I get all the paperwork.
