Right got to clear out a load of my cars (again 
) so here is the first:
I am brutally honest when I'm selling cars, sometimes too much but I hate to see people go out of there way and waste their time and mine for something that turns out to be worse than expected.
Model: Ford Escort Silhouette
Year: 1998 R reg
Mileage: 69,800
Tax: end of the month
MOT: 12 months, just passed last week
Body:Good condition, Amparo Blue metallic paint (slight Lacquer peel on one door) couple of cracks in the bumpers odd scratch and dent in keeping with age and mileage, relatively rust free with the exception of one arch. This was trimmed back and riveted together (twin skinned) then covered in gaffer tape (passed the mot fine)
New wipers all round awesome tilt and slide sunroof as well, love it in the sun!
Interior: clean, central locking a bit tempramental (unlocks from passenger side only and drivers rear stays open) but everything locks down fine (in the right order), stereo needs code (not got it
)
Mechanics: sound, runs well, clutch pedal a little high but drives fine, exhaust has couple of minor leaks and one patched leak at the downpipe (advisories on MOT), creaking from inner wishbone bush suggests these will need doing in the future but not mentioned in MOT Brakes and handbrake work well.
Perfect for a runabout will last a good few years yet!
Location: Sidcup, South East London, between the A2 and A20 and 10 minutes from Blackwall Tunnel or M25

(or can throw on a set of 14" Sierra XR4x4 alloys with ok ish tyres for £380)

I picked this up as a runabout for my brother but got a better suited car the next day. It was without an MOT so I did a bit of work and it passed that last week first time with the odd advisory. Comes with some old MOTs,two normal keys and the RED key, vital for programming old keys etc. Needs to be gone before the tax is up please!!
