Right basically i have a mk1 fiesta which is stupid low, but i want to go stupidly lower 
in order to go lower id need my arches flaring, the best way would be to cut slits into the arches and then bend outwards to flare and pull out then weld back together.
also id need my exhaust rewelded so it sits closer to the chassis and a flexipipe welded in.
anybody feeling up to this who could come to me please let me know, i will pay what you think will be fair for the job.

Just a thought 
i have 6j wheels that rub on a rolled arch and I'm hoping to fit 7.5j on the front and 9j on the rear with the same offset. thanks for the advice though
