Thats awesome, love that! From PC mag 'rust in peace' type thing to RR porn, reminds me of 'Christine' the spooky build up. Cool

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Is that in Thailand? Does Thailand have a car scene? Yeah, I was thinking that it's Thai too. Check out the avatar pic that one of the moderators has, in that thread, I assume that's his supertasty B11 Sunny! Can't find any better pics yet though...

Cool!!! The SR20 is a new one to me, haven't laid eyes on a conversion like that before, very cool however. Would be bizarre seeing it, expecting to hear the usual Skyline inline 6 burble, then hear the muted blat of the SR as it boosted past......

I get confused with Nissan engines and stuff... Is that the lump out of an S13 Silvia/200SX type thing then?

Yeah I'd imagine so, being a redtop SR20 it's most likely to be from an S13 of some description.
If it had quad throttles it'd be out of Pulsar GTiR (Sunny for you guys?) and they also came turbo in 4WD Avenir wagons, and 4WD U12/U13 Bluebird SSS's in East-West layouts.

we didnt get the sr in the s13 chassis over here. everywhere else did though. sr20det is without doubt THE most annoying and dull engine sound ever.

I'm not a big 4cylinder noise fan, but a friend of my brother's races a 600HP SR20DET S13 Silvia, it's forkin' fast and sounds MAGICAL! Comparable to a racing V8 with a monster turbo.

Yeah the SR20DET's sound is far far nicer than the Mitsi 4G63, or the Toyota 3SGTE, both of which sound like tractors.....
