Didn't notice it was a twin motored! trying to get my head round how this works! :s
I guess theres less weight/load to be shared between the engines or summat, each one will be fighting to push/pull it! tell us more samyboy!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

It's quite easy once you get it straight in your head . Basically each engine is only having to do half the work. Even if one engine is much more powerful that the other, the effort will be split 60/40, 70/30 or whatever. It's best to get them evenly matched though, apparently. That's how I understand it anyway. Maybe someone can give you a more eloquent / accurate breakdown of how it works ;D

I'm trying to comprehend the engineering required to make that thing function as well....
Damn cool but. With 200hp apiece she'd fair fly as well.

that would be stupid amopunts of fun 400bhp aim to keep the weight under a ton and youve got 4wheel drive along with good weight over all 4 drive wheels good sticky rubber and a nitrous system thats plumbed into both motors

Need to make sure the gearing is very similar otherwise you will have to have two gearsticks and two revcounters and drive it as two engines.

interesting that he used the inner wings and turrets from a mk4 escort in the back and not the usual double up on the mk1 parts. Yes my anorak is actually growing from my skin on my back.
