Taken from a '91 8v GTI. It has everything you need, including all the nuts, bolts, supports and mounts to convert your non-PAS Mk1/Mk2 Golf. Probably some other things as well. Was in good working order before I took it off and doesn't have any leaks.
It is currently all still connected together bar one pipe I removed that goes to the side of the fluid box to save having to put it all back together again.

I'll he honest, it's not the easiest job in the world. There was a writeup on how to fit it though on one of the Golf forums.
