Project Polo is nearing completion.... all engine stuff bolted back on today, just need to connect coolant hoses and fill it with oil and water. stupidly when the scrapman took the old engine away, i forgot to take the dipstick out so i can't fill it with oil in case there's already some in go to scrappy tomorrow and get a dipstick! Project GTE is moving along well too..... got the front brakes all off today (some very sweary bolts on there!), and got the steering column swapped and all the dash reassembled. in conclusion - yay!

the polo is one of the fine 1.3 singlepoints.... 55bhp of pure ass-clenching power it's only a replacement job after this happened: so it's a freebie engine from a clubpolo member who was G40'ing a CL and had it going spare. and yes, that was a terrible joke. PhoenixC - it is now!
