Hi All,
My mate has some space in a large barn/garage in Chandlers Ford/Eastleigh area (near Southampton). He has three 20ft x 10ft spaces to rent for £80 a month for each space. I’ll be working on my MK4 Cortina there too. If you’re interested just PM me your phone number and I shall pass it to Malcolm (it’s his yard). If your local I’m sure he wouldn’t mind you popping along to have a look as well.

ah, I think I know who this is.... I'm pretty sure I live just half a mile from there - does malcolm have a granada? Pretty sure we've passed each other at the crossroads when I'm in the cav.... I only know of him as a guy in my motorclub with a lot of old triumphs got talking to him one day  if it is then small world eh Shame really as I spent ages looking for a unit up until a few months back but am now moving house in june to somewhere with car friendly housemates and garage - sods law as always  |

yeah thats him. He's just finishing off the Grany then selling it. He now needs to get some people in to help pay the rent. Pretty helpful guy. He's helping me with the cosworth install. i thought i would have got lots of requests but none so far  |

tbh, I'd be tempted to maybe rent for a month or two... but I am so damn busy that It wouldnt be much use to me tbh.
As I said, 2months ago I had been searching for months for a place I could afford like this!! Have since sorted moving house to somewhere with a drive and garage in july.

Sods law, something that you’ve always needed pops up after you’ve struggled to find it for ages and then sorted something else out. Tbh if I could have my own garage though that would be great! Then I can tinker about in my own time. Spoke to him the other day though and it looks as though he may have filled some of the spaces already. Didn’t think it would take long at that price tbh.

Hi, I'd be interested in knowing a bit more please? I have an old Austin 7/Mini, (currently in several places!), with body now sound and rubbed down, will need some further work, but no more welding (I hope!). I need somewhere large enough to have it stood on stands whilst I get the bits and bobs re-assembled and fitted that will make it into a rolling chassis/vehicle.
