Evening guys, hope you can help me.
Only a simple one, as most of you who have seen the car are aware, I have Alloy door cards, Chequer plates to be exact.
Now they need a bit of a clean and I was wondering what is the best stuff to use. The cards are unmarked so should come up.
Cheers guys

Ive found that any bare alloy which is only faded and not to corroded comes up very nicely with brasso (the stuff in the tin that is ready to use on soft wadding) and a good buff up with a cotton rag, i reckon t-cut is pretty good too!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Brasso or generic chrome polish in a tube with a few clean cloths has always worked well for me.

careful with the spray on alloy wheel cleaning stuff, its basically acid and although it makes your wheels nice and clean, its makes lacoures and paints go dull and nasty.
Autosol (aka A'sol) and brasso here.
