Needing a decent sized workshop/garage/barn ect in east yorks/hull area.
Must have room for 2 cars plus abit of work area.And have electric supply (even if its by extension lead).
Give me a shout if you`ve got anything or know someone who has.

Nah not a thing.Seems really bad round here for it.Can get commercial premises but by the time you`ve paid the rent and rates its well out of budget.Looks like I'm staying where i am which is far from ideal.

There doesn't seem to be many non commercial lock ups up for rent around in this area. There wasn't when I was looking around Driffield about a year ago either.
