Joe - I have a Saxo VTS to fool about with so want something a bit different to the little hot hatch thing
Chas - Porsche hmmm E55, i like them! Clio as above with the Saxo, similar ish so not fussed No to the Focus, faffing with a St200 Ltd so thats enough Ford for me haha 350Z 2 seater?
A mate has just bagged a 535 twin turbo, says its stupid fast but all the comforts of a modern lovely car, and imo they look really stylish! i'm off to look at them too
RS6 - absolutely love them but soooooo nickable round where we live sadly
M3 - would love one of these too, but I guess mental prices now

You mentioned a Merc C63 so I assume you're not fussed about it being Retro. Have you considered an SLK 350? 272 BHP out of the box and sub 6-seconds to 60. Generally well-specced - best to go for one with all the toys. And of course the roof comes off. Loads of them out there - should get a nice one for £6k. Note that the V6 cars though are £500+ tax between March 06 and March 08. No, i've enough retro's to keep me insane haha I want something I can jump in, enjoy, thrape, feel like I'm young again etc etc again why am I selling the Scoob!! not a fan of the slk's really and is it 2 seat? if so its a big no no as I still have to act like a Dad some days with it. my 15yr old son is NOT happy I'm shifting the Scooby

Audi S3 8P Stage 2. A friend has one, it's running 360bhp, AWD, launch control. He spent £5k on the work about 5 years ago. The whole car is probably £5 or £6k now. funnily enough when I was driving in a spirited manner one day a few weeks back some yoooof decided he wanted to Fast n Furious me, naturally I obliged but being dark I couldn't see what was easily staying with me, into suburban roads at traffic lights I was amazed to see an 03 plate S3, it absolutely shot off at the lights and left me quite easily, only issue I have with them is the older ones don't look all that do they ?

So, coming out of Classic Impreza ownership just coz I get very bored very quickly and love messing with cars, owning cars and chasing new cars I'm looking for a new toy.
The Scooby was silly fast tbf so not sure anything in the similar price range will compete?
If there's a hidden gem out there I'm all ears
I've never done Evo's but they are insane prices now.......wanted the Evo 1 (I think it was a 1 or 2) advertised on here a few years back for something like £2750 but couldn't justify it at the time....curse word
I don't want stuff like mk3 Golf with an engine swap, I'd like something that is fast up to 'lose you licence' speeds not something that hits 120 and still feels smooth if that makes sense? NO 2 seaters either
The Scooby ticked the raw, fast and responsive feeling so want to try and capture that again just in something I've not owned (had a scooby years back too and loved it)
You could ask why sell then, answer is I have issues haha, I love owning cars, but I love the thrill of selling them and chasing a new one, gives me a buzz
Suggest away RR'ers please
And yes I'd love a C63 but they're waaaaaay over budget sadly

Good luck to the new owner then (lucky curse word) You aren't far from the top of the list...... If something happens Its absolutely unacceptable that my offer of my very own son servicing your wife's needs (in the bathroom) hasn't catapulted me to pole position haha (typed with the intended humour its meant to have) loved the thread and interactions regardless of if I 'win' or not Thanks BC, epic thread

BC - not sure if anyone has actually asked this, but how will you decide who gets the car? Will it be based on how quick someone replies with a deposit when you post its ready or some other way, there's obviously a good few waiting in the traps for it I think he mentioned somewhere up above that the buyer has already been chosen - one of the early adopters before the rebuild took place! Ah ok mate, I just wondered. Good luck to the new owner then (lucky curse word)

Waiting for photos. Any interest in a 205..? can always send me details of the 205. I'm trying to thin the fleet but from the extensive car collection records in my mind I don't recall ever owning a 205 sooooo

For sale is an X reg Silver Mk2 Ford Mondeo 1.8 Zetec manual 5sp with just 35,021 miles on, drives as you'd expect being such low mileage and having 18 stamps in its service book! FULL MOT Loads of paperwork to go with the car It's just had ST seats and alloys added Everything works as should, e/w, e/m, rcl Its just a solid sound car that should be used to smoke around in, old Mondeo's rust in very specific areas and this is super clean in all worry points (pics will show this) Nothing at all wrong with it but i've got tonnes of cars and stuff like my VTS and Impreza need to come first. Although I'm seriously trying to resist continuing with this one and adding the ST kit to make it very cool Any questions give me a shout over pm Cheers

I’ve left the time flexible as I think I’ll be demolishing a bathroom Mrs BC wants less car activity and more bathroom progress this weekend YES!!! Finally a chink in BC's armour, I now know how I can push to the front of the queue, my son is a qualified plumber and I have absolutely no issue whoring him out to secure this crazy, entertaining and downright decent mans ride! Let me know when he's needed to service Mrs BC's bathroom needs

For my car in particular my transport guy is coming through yet again. it does to me seem a tad backwards though that a guy with a low loader can go collect a car legally yet the buyer themselves can't. It does create a vicious circle too as i've seen many 'due to unforseen circumstances' sales and the very real future of people are getting skinter and skinter so need to sell a car to maybe pay rent/mortgage/bills/food yet it's so difficult to actually go buy a car so they're stuck in catch22 of needing a sale for survival but no one can actually go buy it. Hope we get back to some normal soon Stay safe everyone
