I'm sat here now thinking about what next year will bring for me and my little green ginetta, this whole mot thing and modifications as mine is slightly modified.... what direction would the car be taken if left as is?! the engine is well above power of would have normally been in it and I have done all the work to the car since ownership when it came to me on a stand as a shell on a chassis needing a full ground up build. cheers chris Where's there a problem with getting an MOT test on the green peril? It's road worthy, so therefore it must be able to pass the minimum safety requirements If MOT is all it takes then I'm more than happy with that? I was always going to carry on doing so anyway, my concern is can they come after you if you decide that you need to carry on with mot on whatever forms they send you? Cheers Chris

Short lived show year this year with the house move and also something going wrong with the clutch release bearing, years gone by Id have fixed it instantly but grown up things are happening this year.
over winter...
Turbo back on SC and Nos off (done that now and I prefer turbo) Interior mods air ride control the dreaded SSR wheels (maybe fitted)
Shame it couldnt make RR this year, next year maybe on a trailer behind the other ginetta and run it up the hill!
Cheers!

I was going to start using Flickr for uploading photos but I cant figure the app out on the phone. Has anyone got a photo sharing app you would recommend? Had a little scare, the gentleman performing the work upon the beast known as ginetta-shed informed me that he was closing up shop 1st December so I needed to make other arrangements, very worried I managed to catch up with him at the weekend and money provided this month he will be able to carry on with it next month, he is very keen to finish what he started and I am too, unfortunately Ive been some what slower on the fund supply than I would have liked. Engine is staying put, its body paint and road legal again. then next year I might drop in a zetec engine as thats the most simple/reliable power option This is literally only two months off getting back on the road all being well, typically after RR! again my doing not his! Got some better photos of it, when I figure out the best way to get them uploaded on here! Cheers!

don't quite know the full story with the pictures hard to keep upto date but mine seem to work sometimes and sometimes not! Here is or isnt a picture of the new wheels on, hard to see the black centers so they will be going silver. Needed 10mm spacers at the rear to clear the calipers and front need knock on rim weights not stick on type. No work at the moment until I forward over more money, needs to be enough to allow him to start the bodywork right up to paint stage, then the mechanical changes will take place then paint. Unfortunately no chance of Retro Rides this year in it which was the intention, lucky if it will be finished this year at the current financial state due to house move etc etc!!

Update. Floors finished seats fit in so that's good, both rear arches are finish with just some internal work needed, rear bumper also finished off, waiting for photos but do have one with the drivers arch loaded with fibre filler before smoothing the profile
