There's a 500cc Dennis 36" outside my workshop.. that's an animal too ! It must weigh 1/4 of a ton , and when the grass box is full, a 1/2 ton The Allett at speed , not homemade ,they really did make 'em ! The engine is usually covered with a box so you wouldn't readily know what the engine was.. Mad huh?

My mate used to borrow my Honda generator this time of year ,used to take it in his field, and run a hose from the exhaust, to gas moles ... After pulling his arm out tugging the string for an hour trying to get it to go, it was realized the thing wasn't level .. buy which time the moles had made even more molehills...

If it's a Honda GX industrial, it must be level, with the correct oil level . They have a safety cut out .

It doesn't have to be an old mower. Google " J.P.S mower " in images , and theres a modern one .Even has paddle shift controls !! My daily John Player Suffolk just finished a few years ago ,but its a bit scabby now , as it sits outside all winter ..

Yep ! Though shortly after making it ,I pinched the honda engine for a sexy Webb 24"...which also didn't have a grass box ...so i had to another buy one that did, just for the box. The black and gold suffolk is my daily ,still going strong!

A 2.5 V6 and 24 valves , 7000 redline ...must go like the clappers . If only Ford had called it an "RS" Probe it would be £21,000 !! Nice car ! Not overpriced at all

Ah, but did you know a vw T4 filler cap( maybe others) have a groove across them to hang it on the flap when refilling?
