The figures in your first post are in really odd units but EI for a 3mm steel sheet seems to be 4725 in the same weird units implying that the 6mm AHCP is more rigid (this is a 7am coffee calc. so check it). So whilst it would look good on that measure I'd go with Waveman because those panels are easily damaged, any structural connections you make to the frame or when attaching the walls will destroy the continuity of the AHCP panel making it very weak.
Got a link to the source of the original numbers? I'd like to see especially as E for aluminium is 70000 in the stated units not 7000, maybe a copy and paste error?

Progress! Can we put a door on it at the weekend? I'll bring real coffee and all the stuff I stole from work!

Love the truck! The wheels are 6 x 5.5", this may be almost the same as 6 x 140mm but it makes a difference to me and the guy that drew the original drawing!

Holy lack of PPE Batman! I'll rob some masks and disposable overalls from work!
I am thinking of hiring a van next Friday and collecting the stash of accrued parts from work so probably see this in the flesh then!

Like this little car and that battery box holding a battery is inspired! What happened to the rods? If you're bored of either of them I'm a cash buyer

Good choice on the heads given all the problems. If you get the headers I know a guy in Essex that brings over containers. Very reliable and cheap.

Shame about your MOT, would love to see a picture of the steering setup as I'm having difficulty imagining it from your description

no pics of the dickfather spannering in office-wear (inc. cufflinks )? Oh yeah! My dad decided to wear an old shirt that had double cuffs so ended up being the gentleman mechanic, if he does it again I'll get a photo I promise no mention of the engine/gravity incident I'd forgotten, or at least blanked if from my mind. I dropped the engine, mucking up the oil filter, the front pulley and the rear plate. Luckily I managed to straighten that bit out without cracking it so I could get the engine attached to the gearbox. The other bits are on the bench being "fettled". Luckily it only fell about 12", the lesson is that everyone should always double check the pins and clips in their engine crane legs

Great Dunmow, which is 40 miles away. They can easily move to Braintree which takes 10 miles off.

All on American Ford 5 stud fitment which is 4.5" pcd or (grabs calculator) 114.5mm whatever that means. They are currently in North Essex. Set of 4 special no name, no brand "things". They are 14" by 7" by the looks of it and might look quite cool powder coated. The tyres are curse word, they were curse word when I got them and they've been on the car and flat since then. I'd like £50 for these. And I have 2 of these. They are Superior brand. Again, 14 by 7. They are kinda cool in that the rim is chrome steel and the centre is alloy. I'm open to offers on these weird items as there are only 2 of them and they are pretty ropey but someone may have a use.

Please tell me that a big handful of hard cash would change the owners mind on the no selling thing?

I'd just mask them up, key the red, and then spray the bits black Reckon it would look pretty good myself Hmmm, that could be a reasonable option actually, and then polish the faces with one of those cordless drill type kits you see on evilBay

I used the Bilt Hamber stuff at the time we had all that snow so must have been similar air temp. If you want to try that I'll get my dad to drop it down to you.
