We've got a few scratches and minor dents on our Focus Cmax that I'm thinking of getting repaired. I just wondered if any of you have any experiences or recommendations of companies like Chipsaway etc? I'll probably get a couple of quotes but I don't want to waste my time with a company that isn't recommended. Thanks in advance, Cheers, Richard.

Don't use the one through Halfords they're useless. +1 and hilariously expensive compared to all the alternatives

Where are you based, Richard?
I've not used any, but there's a bloke in the Doncaster area with a good reputation.
Cheers.

Don't use the one through Halfords they're useless. +1 and hilariously expensive compared to all the alternatives One day when a Mk1 Focus becomes retro I shall put up the pics of a dashboard they "repaired" when I accidentaly scratched it fitting a hands free kit. I literally laughed in the guys face when he asked me to sign off the job it was stupendously curse word. Matt

I saw them tidying up a car at the rear of the local Citroen main agent. curse word down with rain yet still painting outside under a golf umbrella !

I feel almost guilty for this but I'm locking it. I'm not sure why you felt the need to tell us that this was for your C-Max or why you chose to use CAPITAL LETTERS for the title but those are the reasons I want this thread to slide off the main page sooner rather than later.
PMs with advice and recommendations to Mr Mark TW O'polobloke please.
