I (we) can't afford to run more than one car at the moment, and we can't afford either a) a new car or b) a car which requires regular repair/modification/etc, so I voted 'in between' (old).

hmm, mine was registered in 92, they came out in 91, the other one is reg 89 came out 83.
and the last one that's been sat for 2 years was reg in 93 but they came out in 87.
so what do I vote?
oh and none are on the road at the moment, I ride the 18.5 miles to work (and 18.5 miles back!)

Daily is a 97 Scooby Legacy Outback which will eventually be used to turn the 1980 van into a daily!! Oh, and the odd day daily is the 79 Mk 2 Escort  Oh, and the 89 Peugeot will be the other daily when it passes its MOT (going in the garage tomorrow!!) |

Mk3 Polo for me. Quite a good daily driver cos it is basic, but has fuel injection so starts first time every time.
