I dragged the old camera out today and found a few choice wheels on the way home.... Dunno what this is hiding in a garden...... Yank tin....Luv it! Crusty old wagon No 1...... This is immaculate....and he used to have a Rover 3500SE Sd1 as well! Crusty old wagon No2! And what a rarity, Hyundai Pony......this is a mate at work's car, bought for £185 three years ago, passes the MOT every year, never spends a penny on it! He does get complaints from the other 'managers' about it being parked amongst the company Eurotrash, though!

Nice pic's MN. As you live by the seaside you'd hope to see a few oddities around owned by the retired folks. Hyundai's great, looks clean.
American car a '55 Chevy?

Dad had one of these........ I dream of owning a V8 one of them one day. Not fussy what V8, just a tidy one. Maybe a Merc or Lexus one would be nice. Along with Airbags and matt black paint, plus wide steels and hubcaps.

I agree with MBT. Anyone remember the white one I posted a while back? Seen that driving a couple of times since, seems to have a rather nice burble and I wonder if that has a V8.

it's possibly an export model (although RHD) which has been re-imported in much the same way as nickb's truck 'o' war.... there are also a trio (i think) of G40 polos, two on an S plate and one on a T which went to Saudi but never got registered, then reimported.
My GTE is a 1990 built, 1993 registered car due to being in Ireland for a few years. The last owner was sold a private 'J' plate for it by the DVLA, who then three weeks later wrote him a letter telling him he couldn't use it!

The T plated Dub was probably brought over from one the Isle of Man. For some reason cars brought in this way don't seem to get age related plates. I know of an N plated Sierra (actually a 1993 car) that this happened with.

Many years ago I changed my driving style to cope with rising fuel prices; I have now reached the stage where I am contemplating keeping my eyes shut in order to lower wind resistance.
