Go onto this site, and register..... then ask the question, with a request for pics and links to builds. There are guys there who have built multi purpose trailers. www.mikenchell.com/forums/index.phpGood luck, and do not underestimate the amount of time it takes to build, unless you have decent space to do the build indoors.

you could just buy a spec lift trailer and weld a post to it to lean the bike on, drop one wheel into each spectacle and away ya go. they are pretty cheap second hand due to dubious legality, paid 50 quid for our last one.
Forget that, I just looked on ebay, the towing dollies are dearer than the motorbike trailers, theres a couple of bike trailers on there for less than hundred quid, you probably cant build one for that unless you have a trailer to strip down and use for parts.

Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.

Great minds think alike, I did ask on there ;D Some great ideas but not the final solution That's some good reading! I thought my trailer was legal til just, turns out I need front reflectors! Thanks for the link - lots of good (some scary ) info in there Now sorted! Have found a place making new bike trailers that come apart for storage / transport (RAC style), best bit is they sell a fully welded but unpainted chassis kit for a LOT less than the other trailers I have seen. It should be here before the weekend ;D Then just need to paint it (Dayglow ) , swap the hubs etc from my old trailer, jobs a good 'un Will post up pics & links once it turns up if it's anything like as tidy as it looked in the review Thanks for the help everyone
