some canny cars on Copart sometimes.
Used to work for a bodyshop and they collected our stuff.
Had a Cavalier mk3 with 17,000 miles that needed a door and a wing, insurance wrote it off so it went to Copart!

is that delica stolen recovered then ? 'cos it seems a tiny amount of damage to bother with an insurance claim ?

This makes me shudder when I think of how many Minis I've driven with rotten A panels and roughly tacked on cover sills. Whatever this fellow spent on his restoration was worth every penny.

If not looked after properly (i.e. not greased once a year), L300 prop UJ's can wear badly. A few years back I bought an L300 that was like this and simply removed the prop and drove it in 4WD (therefore FWD) until the parts arrived to fix it - only £10 for a new UJ. The damage is minimal and would take about 10 mins to repair. This car would sell for around £1,500 with a wash, new UJ and a fresh MOT. I
