They used to sell the Tickford capris from the Aston dealers down the road from me, loved looking at them through window when i were younger.

Not a Tickford, full on Turbo Technics conversion, that's also been turned in to a soft top. I quite like it, because it's so tacky

It looks very similar to a cabriolet conversion offered by Auto Design in Kent. They chopped all manner of things, from Minis to XJ12s!
Love the Capri, all it needs is a chunky period mobile sitting proudly on the dash'!

I think that roll top works better than the full converible that I used to see a bit when they were younger cars. I don't knwo who did them but they looked OK with the roof down, ish, but really bad with the top up.
Also I am remembered how all through the 90s you would see "Capri Cabriolet" advertised in the local paper line ads (rememebr them LOL) but when you went along to see it was a Capri Cabaret or Cabaret II "special edition"...
