It is possible to merge threads now I think...anyone got a link to the previous thread - I haven't seen it.
Regarding the van, I reckon that the only thing that lets it down is the sloping grille. Even with that issue, it's pretty cool.

Well, I don't dislike it, although I don't think it goes far enough to make the design cohesive. It needs something done with the grey plastic spats and front valance - just body colour would do. The rubbing strips need to go, or be changed for chrome ones, as do the door handles. Then the whole thing might tie in a bit better and the front look less "tacked on". A period paintjob with sign writing would also help a great deal. Great idea though, I like the Mitsuoka cars most of the time, it's good to see someone else doing it on this side of the world.  |
