...'04 Transit! Spotted in Colchester by Trigger's Retro Roadtests. BLG seemingly stands for Birketts Lane Garage in Sudbury. Anyone know anymore about the van or the owner? It looks to me that the arch is sitting on the tyre up front...might there be air suspenders involved?

Yeah, saw it at Norfolk Arena a while back, he's into the drifting I think. Hell of a weapon though!

I was only discussing this with Bodieandoyle and Bruisercapri last night...
That lives in my home town Sudbury, that colour/graphics scheme has been on a few of their cars now. Their show room has a lovely racer Mk3 Escort (IIRC) in the same scheme, and they recently sold a E34 525i track day car in the same scheme again I nearly bidded on ebay. I don't know the owners or anyone at the garage, but I did see the van and what looked like the garage crew turn up at Tescos!

Awesome van. Thought I'd look up Birkitts Lane Garage on Google Streetview, and found the van in an earlier form - what a difference the right wheels make! (Nice Golf Rallye in background too): Also looked in the showroom window, but can't see anything in the same paint job, but there is what looks like a modded XR3i convertible:

Apart from the choice of rear tyre/wheel width, that's absolutely epic!

The standard Transit banded wheels look very very nice in those colours. Would love to go uber wide on the back of mine but have a sliding door to worry about, certainly would get away with those wheels.
Top van ;D

Absolutely EPIC. I love everything about that. Quality find! The standard Transit banded wheels look very very nice in those colours. Would love to go uber wide on the back of mine but have a sliding door to worry about, certainly would get away with those wheels. Top van ;D Just use the back doors. Worth the sacrifice of having to unload everything all the time to look that cool
