Some muppet broke into my car last night so now have a fetching hard board side window. So now need a new one. I took the other side off to cut the hard board so at least either side should fit. Yahoo auctions japan here I come.

Flat glass, you should be able to get it made up in the UK for not much money.

VIP is on the money, I got a pair of side windows made for my truck from my local glass suppliers, just take them the other side window and they should be able to knock one up in a few hours. I paid £16 quid per door window, toughened and all rounded edges etc I used Middletons, but i'm sure there will be somewhere similar pretty close to you

Autoglass in Norwich should be able to help, but obviously give them a bell first. Think they are just off Hall Road...

Take the rear side windows out and panel it into a van. Reckon a Pao van would look great.

For the cheapest solution find your local double glazed unit manufacturer for the Upvc window industry (look in YP or Yell), and take the template with you.
Car glass suppliers (Autoglass etc) will be dearer.

yeah normal glaziers can knock up a laminated panel cheaply and with rubbed edges, also the can drill any mounting holes required, seriuosly any glazier will be cheaper

Thought this thread may be a critical rant about HW's iron fist rule of these boards ;D
Hope the scumbags didn't get much of value and that you get it sorted out ok. Nice woodwork skills, could do it coloured perspex maybe?
