This weekend U Pull It at York and Inverkeithing have a 'all you can fit in a wheel barrow' for £40 See here www.u-pull-it.co.uk/home.htmlBasically get as much stuff from their parts yard as you can, pile it high in a barrow and pay the fixed price plus vat. They have hundreds if not thousaands of cars in their yard, loads and loads of renaults, fords, vws etc and a few bmws, saab 900s and volvos. Nearly eveything is at least 10 years old, so, i'm thinking of what to get to make a few bucks Looking on ebay i'm shocked to see E36 tailights going for £10, and even headlights struggling to make £20 I'm wondering what you wouild recommend would serve the beast 'yeald'? There's a few integras and the odd Legacy....? Thanks

is that 40 quid (+vat) for all you can carry in a wheelbarrow, from one car?
or scour the yard, fill a barrow for 40 (+vat)?
and how many helpers allowed?

Any car you like, any amount of helpers as you like.As long as it all fits in the wheelbarrow and isent actually falling off a 3ft pile. Its not as good as you might first think.Have a look at their prices anyway, really cheap. You`d probably fill a barrow anytime paying their normal prices. I love the place at york.Theres afew retros in like a kitten,mk1 and 2 golf, few jags and old volvos.Always get my parts cheap and theres no whistling through teeth or blowing of cheeks when you ask how much a part is,as its a set price no matter the car. They sometimes do the barrow load for 25 too.

how many injectors, fuel pumps, and cats can I get in a wheel barrow? Lots! That has occured to me, i'm going to concentrate on one car (cinquecento as it happens) and strip the four they've got. They've got a picture somewhere showing how if you fill the barrow with smaller parts then lay a bonnet on top, you can get a set of wheels, steering column etc on top of that! Their everyday prices are cheap but this is too tempting to pass..

Turbos in good nick - gotta be worth fifty to a ton a piece after some elbow grease and Gunk.
Coil packs might be a winner too.

go and chop the cat out of every car there, fill a wheelbarrow with them, take to normal scrappy and weigh in at 30-40 quid a time.......500 quid for a days getting dirty.

A good friends Dad spent his redundancy cheque on one of the machines that turn catalytic converters into small piles of precious dust & started going round all the local yards buying as many cats as he could get his hands on.
He's now doing literally hundreds a month and has just taken delivery of a brand new Audi R8 supercar..

I was there on wednesday (York) few bits of retro tin kicking about. Lots of old volvos, toyota cressida, reliant kitten, loads of old vw's, sierras, mk1 toyota mr2's, few e30 beemers, few mercs, a knackered fc rx7 and plenty of other random stuff. Mk1 seat ibiza sport in there too
