...well two in fact.
They were both estates and I've got cresta in my head, but I can't find anything?
One was black, very low, very clean, looked awesome. Wheels were multi-spoked, had no dish to them and were modern, but went with the look very well. Like I say, looked awesome. It had a bit of a surfy look?
The other was green and had an american V8 in the front, Torq Thrust wheels (I think? Something similar perhaps?) and I think may have been for sale recently?
Anyone know the two cars I'm thinking of? And better still, got any pics? The black one was posted on here years ago as it was a member's friends' car I believe.....

Perseverance pays off! Vauxhall Victor FB Estate is what I'm thinking of Here's the second one that I was thinking of: Although I think it's a Rover V8, not a yank as I previously believed

And more of the first one, these are taken from a VZi classifieds thread where I first saw the car yonks ago: Spec as per the ad: 3.9 litre Rover V8 with Kent cam and ported heads, injection valves, Edelbrock 500 carb and Performer inlet & headers. SD1 ignition & uprated remote amp. 5-speed manual gearbox, lightened TVR flywheel, SD1 clutch kit. Lowered, Spax adjustables front, Monroe air shocks (Camaro) rear. Jag Mk II axle, 3.54 PowerLok, Ford American 9" ends, by Robinson Race Cars, 4 x disc brakes. American Racing 5-spokes Original bench seat interior, just needs carpet. Stock body work in good condition. Drives nicely & ready to go anywhere anytime. Car was originally built by Russ Hancocks around '95 & was cover & centre spread feature in CC August '96.

I saw this at Shakey, not running the strip, just in the car park in sept 2014 with a for sale notice in the screen. Still looked the mutts nuts and still wearing the AR wheels. Loved it on sight but the price was way out of my range. Always had a soft spot for the FB, my second ever car in 1972 was an FB Saloon (which unfortunately had several soft spots of it's own)

I expect they've all forgotten about it now! Forget the Russ Hancox 'Wagon? Never! edit: I noticed in the R'n'S thread that Russ was the brother of The Guana Batz lead singer. Pip Hancox is still very much a car guy: www.instagram.com/pip_hancox/

His brother was at the Hayride when I went in '10 with a slammed OG paint split
