Ive got a 1.4 205 that I got as a stop gap, I was going to sell it on to get my money back (see for sale ad) but now I'm thinking about keeping it for something to play about with but I need some idea's please?? Anyone got any pics of Non Gti 205's?? I don't want to make it in to a Gti rep,   |

Looks nice, how much is yours lowerd by? I was told 1.9 alloys would rub? Not got a spare n/a driveshaft have you??

It's come down by about 40mm....ish. 1.9 wheels will rub but i've retro fitted mine with a 1.9 beam, 1.9 front subframe and wishbones on standard hubs. Don't have any spare driveshafts unfourtanatly.

Obviously i'm biased but i allways thought that 205's should be either trackcars or standard looking. But then i've never been a fan of the "euro look" Seems a bit defeatist.

each to their own. my problem is i love euro look and it leads to me trying to convince everyone in the world that their car would look better if it were to be touched with the euro pimp stick ;D

Don't the larger models in the pug range have some nicely sized steels in the same stud pattern?

This is my 205 GTX   I think S2 Rallye steels really work. Mine still needs a tap with the stick however |

Most Peugeot steels are 4x108 PCD, some newer ones are a 5 stud pattern. The offsets do vary though. The steels pictured on my car in the 1st pic are Citroen C5 "steels". They're ET18 and are actually made from alloy so they weigh a mere 4kg's per wheel ;D Perfect track wheels.

years back in the day when max power was kinda cool!, I remember seeing a 205 and a honda civic that some French dude had modified to a very tasetfull finish.
both cars were ultra smooth the 205 had all mouldingds removed and filled in, I think it might have had GTI archesand then they were smoothed in, there were no rubber strips etc on the car not even the rear quarter badges as all was filled in looked the mutts nutts
