i thought it was all a good idea, cheap venoms, some new 195/45 tyres and wind down the coil overs, but i don't think i like it. any opinions. and the reason i have a pink polo, is because its my gf's daily too. and it matches my hair   |

Agreed for a modernish it doesn't look too bad, maybe loose the black rub strip on the sides?
Is this it then folks, the return of 90's rims with a vengeance ;D

the paintwork was included in the price when i bought it, (came from a mates garage) but I'm waiting for some 16v front rear bumpers before i put it in, i think it needs ronal turbos and more winding down. thin i gonna take another 20mm down on the front and 30 on the back this weekend.

Take the helper spring out and wind it down some more ;D
It'll probably drive like poo, but it'll look much better.
EDIT
Agree with the smoked lenses, keep your eyes peeled for some 16v rears.
But keep the rubbing strips i reckon, the sides look really empty and weird without them.

She would kill me. the new beetle was dropped alot on springs, and drove like curse word. this is still resonably plush with the wietecs, plus i can still get another 30mm i think

car looks fine bar the rims. though i am still yet to find a car they do look good on as i personally can't stand those wheels so can't really offer a non bias opinion sorry

The wheels aren't big enough imo. Maybe dropped mega low over 17" Venoms would look better.

was bored did a quick chop but if you was to keep the wheels this makes the world of difference (I'm feeling colour coded wheel rims at the moment lol) but tint the lights red not dark!!!!!!!!! |

I like it, wind it down a bit and lose the bump strip, a sort of Euro look would suit.
